Foxlake hosted the John Muir Winter Festival at the weekend!
Not only was there cyclocross racing but there were STALLS, and MASSIVE BALL into which Riderz were tied, a cyclocross hurdle in a BEER TENT (something we in the GR IT Bike Shed deeply approve of), pizza that was cooked in the back of a CITROEN, trail running, winter wakeboarding and generally a good time had by all.
We can’t help noticing that they also appear to have a course somewhat similar to that used by the popular television show “Total Wipeout” – which is something of a favourite in the Bike Shed and may merit a visit in the summer….
