Riderz at the Games.

I met a dour Australian a couple of years ago whilst I was on holiday who had been involved with running the Melbourne Commonwealth Games – when I mentioned Glasgow’s upcoming event he became genuinely excited for me, so much had he enjoyed the Australian games.

He wasn’t wrong, Glasgow had never looked better and the Games themselves were excellent.

For the Road Race the BBC recruited Coach MacLeaod to do some presenting and had S____ interviewing a certain Ms Pendleton (CBE).
