On a Wednesdays, when it’s too dark to be outside we run sessions at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome. Half Rollers and half Strength & Conditioning it’s a great way to work on your winter fitness and for the younger riders to hang out in the Velodrome and get used to a world class venue before they are old enough to ride on the track.
Bikes, rollers, and shoes provided. Dress like you were going on a road ride and bring plenty of water.
Available to book through Spond. This activity does attract an extra payment, £2 per session (as of July 2023) payable through Spond at the time of booking.
