The club has recently started online training sessions via Zoom.

There are formal sessions being run on a Tuesday at 1700.

There are some informal sessions most days which are being run by Millie for the girls only sessions, and Geoff for the boys’ sessions.  Some of them are strength and conditioning, some are cycling and you are ALL welcome.

For the cycling sessions you’ll need some form of static bike, rollers are best but a turbo or even an exercise bike is fine if you don’t have rollers.
